The majority of my criminal defense work is performed in the courts of Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, North Carolina (District 26). I have many times represented clients in Cabarrus, Union, Gaston Counties and others outside of Charlotte, Mechlenburg County. I handle a wide range of charges, including misdemeanors in district court and felony cases in superior court.

- Probation violations: It is rare to see a person on probation who has not made some positive changes in his or her life. If you have been accused of violating your probation, I can help.
- Driver’s license/DMV/failure to appear: I handle legal matters related to your driver's license, like FTA (failure to appear) notices.
- Property crimes: I represent people accused of property crimes, including trespass, damage to personal property or real estate, arson and littering.
- Erasing criminal records/expungment: When your criminal record is negatively affecting your life, it may be possible to have that record expunged. I can help.
- Driving with license revoked: If you have been accused of driving with your driver's license revoked, I offer experienced legal representation.
- High school / College students: My law firm represents high school and college students charged with a variety of crimes, including underage drinking, shoplifting, destruction of property and all types of drug offenses.
